Doctor Sawa is by far the best doctor I have been to in years ! ! ! All the staff/nurses are amazing as well ! I haven't seen a doctor give %100 in years Doctor Sawa gives %110. I have had a little medical issue for about 2 years , the very next day it was gone after seeing her . Thank you.

My husband and I loved Dr. Tedder and hated to see him go, BUT Dr. Knott has been absolutely the most caring and attentive doctor I’ve ever sat down with! I have to have a dr that will listen and never judge and will just do their very best to help! Also I cannot say enough about the entire staff there, as soon as I walk in the door, they know who I am and I am treated with utmost care and concern! Thank you Erlanger Soddy Daisy! I would never see anyone else!

Dr Knott is amazing! She spent time with me listening to my concerns and gave an action plan for each thing we talked about. I didn’t feel like she was trying to rush off to her next patient. You can tell she really cares about her patients and loves her job! Highly recommend this office and Dr Knott.

I’m a new patient and was kinda nervous about the visit. Dr. Sawa made me feel so comfortable and she was very thorough listening to everything I had to say while asking follow up questions. Also both the girls at the front desk were so nice. Overall I had a really great experience and would definitely recommend.

This is the 3rd visit I have made to this location. Each time I have been, the wait was very short to get back to a room and then very short wait to see a doctor/NP. From the receptionist, nurse and then the actual provider, everyone was very professional, nice, and listened to my concerns without making me feel rushed or like I was overreacting about my symptoms. This is the only walk in clinic that has made me feel this way. I feel like I am just as important and being heard as if they were my primary care doctor. I definitely will not hesitate to go back if the need arises

Erlanger primary care- Soddy daisy is the best primary care in all of Tn. Dr Sonya Johnson is the most wonderful doctor I’ve have ever had!! She made me feel comfortable from day one and listened to all my health concerns. She really cares about her patients. I just love her!! I also think the entire medical staff here is absolutely wonderful !!! I wasn’t really expecting to have a pleasant experience since I’ve tried other doctors and primary cares in the past and I felt like they didn’t care about me and some were rude and made me feel very bad about myself. I’m so glad I found Erlanger- Primary Care in Soddy daisy Tn!!! They changed my entire life for the better and I couldn’t be more happier! I’m also so thankful to have found a place to take care of all my health concerns and to also treat me like I’m family and that’s the best thing anyone could ask for!!! Thank you all so much for everything I appreciate all of you at this location so much!!!!
